Awful customer service. Advertised as a nice family-run river tubing business, I took the wife and kids out here for a nice river tubing trip and was met with awful customer serivce. After waiting over two hours to be delivered for our 11:00 reservations, which we were on time for, I asked to speak with whomever was in charge. I was directed to Danielle, the apparent owner of the business, who met me with a rude "what do you want?!?" I asked when we would be leaving and she turned away and shortly said "give me five minutes", leaving us another 20 minutes before any of the passengers were brought up. I saw a whole lot of this danielle woman waving her hands and yelling at her employees, but not doing anything herself to move the operation along. Other workers were extremely vulgar and smoking cigarettes instead of trying to get people moving. When I asked for a refund, she staunchly denied any refund. When we got to the top, their team was short by ten tubes, and my group had to wait while they went back to their place, got more tubes, and arrived back what felt like an hour later. One of her workers kindly gave us a partial refund and apologized for frenzied service, but we experienced the same mistreatment when we had to be picked up at the bottom. Late service, curt replies, and a general feeling like they wanted us to feel bad for them because they hadn't prepared properly for this day of business. Whoever is in charge needs to have a team meeting and organize that operation more. They might think it a cute family show, but my family and I felt scammed out of the price of $50/person for their slow, rude, unprofessional service.
